Today was the start of training for me, ever since ctc. Quite rusty though. Was told to meet 8 at clubhouse, reaching there 10 mins late. Ryuta was there watching 5 drills to get stronger. What amused us the most was bear crawl/crab crawl. Dont laugh at it, doing these crawls will help you get slimmer. Soon, Mr Hue reached. Kick start the training at the grand stand with warm ups, then 5 sets of pushups and crunches . each set consisting of 20 pushups and 20 crunches. After the 3rd set, hands turned jelly as its been some time since we last trained. Next up was reverse crunches. 55 in total. Went for 2.4 km slow jog which took us 13 min, thereafter walk another round then end off the training with side bridge and last but not least, COOL DOWN!!! Head to shower then to canteen 2 for breakfast then to clubhouse to relaxxx for awhile till clar came, then we started on our work. Went down to help out for awhile, amazed at the pile of rubbish. Went for lunch at bukit timah plaza, bought stuffs needed for noticeboard from popular. Objective for today : Do up half of the noticeboard. Objective met. Thanks to clar , VANS and me. i admit my drawing really sucks la, so its up to the girls. Did some colouring here and there, crapped while doing work. In the process of completion, we heard yj calling for us to transport the rubbish to the chute. Finally store is doneeee, went to alumni for dinner and HOME...
